Your Role:As a Senior Systems Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our asset management solution, driving the design, development, and enhancement of our core agent software. Our agent is a cross-platform solution, deployable across various operating systems, ensuring seamless integration into diverse IT environments. By incorporating AI capabilities, you will push the boundaries of asset management, enabling proactive maintenance, automated issue resolution, and a smarter, more efficient IT ecosystem. Responsibilities:● Design, develop, and maintain the core agent software that runs on various platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS).● Implement features for remote monitoring, patch management, remote control, and automated ticket generation.● Integrate AI capabilities into the agent, such as predictive analytics for proactive maintenance, automated anomaly detection, and intelligent task automation.● Optimize the agent for performance, reliability, and security across different operating systems and hardware configurations.● Develop and maintain the communication protocols between the agent and the central management system.● Collaborate with other teams to integrate the agent with existing systems and platforms.● Contribute to the overall architecture and strategy for the agent platform. Requirements:● 5+ years of experience with C# and C++.● Proven experience working in Linux and macOS environments.● Deep understanding of systems programming, network protocols, operating systems, and cross-platform development.● Experience with debugging and performance tuning complex software systems.● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.● Spoken English. Advantage:● Knowledge of Objective-C, Swift, and Java.● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.● Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.● Experience with machine learning and AI concepts.

Senior Backend Software Developer

Responsibilities:● Review and analyze tasks in Product Backlog Items provided by the Product owner.● Participation in grooming sessions and proactive task requirements and acceptance criteria clarification.● Work as part of a team using the Azure environment.● Work with the team on development and resolving issues.● Implement software changes from Product Backlog Items and technical requirements.● Work with the QA team to determine if the application fits Product Backlog Items and technical requirements.● Identify and fix bugs, find solutions to the problems.● Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.● Maintain the developed software efficiently through a solid knowledge of software lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills Description:● 5+ years' experience using C#.● 1-2 yrs of experience in Python.● 1-2yrs experience with Azure technologies like Azure functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob storage.● Experience with Active Directory Authentication.● Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills.● Familiar with Microsoft .Net Framework, and Windows application development and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.● Experience with Azure cloud development like building functions, blob storage, event bus.● Experience using JSON, Web API, and in-app hosting development.● Experience/familiarity with using Message Queuing.● Experience with RDBMS including SQL. Ability to apply Domain Driven Design in development.● Must understand the need for and be willing to develop unit and integration tests. QA Automation

● Learn about elevators and escalators world.
● Design automated test cases for elevators and escalators.
● Participate and assist in project planning.
● Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, DevOps, Product Owners, and other QA team members to produce high-quality products.
● Be responsible for the quality of the delivered functionality/product.
Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.● 2-3+ years of experience in software testing with a solid understanding of QA fundamentals.● Strong experience in writing and executing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.● Experience creating test automation libraries and test suites for REST APIs.● Experience with cloud-based application deployments and troubleshooting.● Experience working in an Azure environment will be a big plus.● Knowledge of source control management, coding standards, code review, and build and release processes.● In-depth practical knowledge of Pytest and Playwright and experience in data mocking.● Upper-intermediate level of English.● Knowledge of communication protocols is required: MQTT.● Experience with embedded software testing is desired.
